Who handles your information

The form collects your name, email address, organization if you choose to provide it, the service you are interested in and your message. This information helps us understand your needs, respond to you and follow up on our exchanges. Avoid including sensitive information that is not necessary.
Sending and following up on your request
Your message is sent to our service email address for handling. By sending the form and checking the consent box, you agree to the use of your information for this purpose. You can also contact us directly by email or phone.
Technical data and statistics
Hosting and security tools may process technical data, including your IP address and website requests, to keep the site running and limit abuse. The site uses Jetpack Stats, an Automattic service, to measure traffic. Visit data may include IP address, pages viewed, referring page, date and time, browser, language and country. If you are logged in to a WordPress.com account, account identifiers may also be associated with visits. The statistics viewed by Ani-Tech are presented in aggregate form. Cookies and technical providers
WordPress and Jetpack may use cookies for their features. Your browser lets you manage or block cookies; some features may then be limited. Our hosting, email, security and statistics providers may process the data needed for their services. Depending on their infrastructure, information may be processed or stored outside Québec.
Retention
We keep information related to your request while handling it and following up on our exchanges. When it is no longer needed, it is deleted, subject to applicable legal obligations. Technical logs and statistics follow their providers’ retention practices.
Your rights and requests
You may request access to your information, corrections, withdrawal of consent or deletion, subject to legal requirements and exceptions.
