Web development
A successful web project starts before development.
The questions to clarify before building a website or application that meets your needs.
Before choosing a technology or design, take time to define what visitors should be able to do on your future website. A few simple decisions make the project easier to scope and evaluate.
1. Define the main action
Should a visitor request a quote, explore a service or access a document? Prioritize the actions you want them to take: not everything can be equally prominent on the home page.
2. Prepare useful content
Gather your services, contact details, visuals and the questions your customers ask regularly. Separate confirmed information from text that still needs to be written.
3. Think about day-to-day management
Who will edit the text? Which sections should be easy to add or remove? A WordPress solution with editable blocks can support that independence.
4. Set validation criteria
Check essential journeys on mobile and desktop, links, forms and readability. Also plan how you will manage updates, backups and access.
To prepare for your first conversation: a list of your pages, the main action you want visitors to take and two or three examples of your needs are enough to get started.
